Best Food & Drink

1. Local margaritas

Margaritas were originally created in Baja California a little further north from Cabo San Lucas, but the Cabo restaurants know how to make the traditional cocktail using tequila, Triple Sec or an orange liqueur, and fresh Mexican limes or lemons. Other varieties and flavors of margaritas are abundant in Cabo restaurants as well.

2. Fish tacos

Well really, seafood tacos are a must while visiting. With fresh seafood brought in daily, take your pick from staples such as clams, shrimp, oysters, scallops, octopus and marlin. A great option for fish tacos in Cabo is any of the Los Claros locations across the city.

3. Mole de pollo

This traditional Mexican dish features grilled chicken breast smothered in mole sauce which is made from chocolate, fruit, cinnamon, and a variety of other spices. The dish is typically served with rice and beans. Los Tres Gallos is a short walk from the marina and an excellent place to try this amazing Mexican dish.
